About Soft Breeze Systems...
Thank you accessing the Soft Breeze Systems web page. We specialize in developing and optimizing Helix data base collections for business and professional users. We have been in business since 1984 and offer the following unique services and products to our customers:

Soft Breeze Systems utilizes the services of three highly experienced individuals specializing in various aspects of a Helix implementation: the Helix application, custom programming and customer support. The principal, Stephen Caine, is the full-time president of the company.

Soft Breeze has been creating, modifying and/or optimizing Helix collections for the past 11 years. We have worked in areas of banking, retail sales, accounting, healthcare, clinical management, residential care, manufacturing, marketing, education, and promotion.

We routinely operate in a Macintosh environment (as Helix is a Macintosh data base), however our customers often have "mixed" systems. We have interfaced Helix with DOS, Windows, Unix and Wang operating systems. When necessary, we employ experts in the system or procedure our customers need, thereby providing turnkey solutions.

The machines we use for development include the older 680x0 Macs and the newer PowerPCs. We test and implement our solutions whenever possible using customer's hardware and software. This insures unique software installations, such as user extensions or mail systems, are fully compatible.

Soft Breeze Systems does not market it's own Helix collections, but rather supports customers who use Helix to operate their businesses. Our policy is the customer owns his/her collection, regardless of our role in it"s development. We would be happy to provide a list of our customers so that you may speak with them directly concerning any of our services, including collection design and operational features.

Our company policy is to guarantee our work to the customer's satisfaction. Helix programming and other support projects are mutually agreed to before work is started and arranged in clear, time delineated and achievable segments. Each segment is customer tested before additional work is started.

We welcome new customers. Over the past 15 years, Soft Breeze Systems has grown in terms of available programmers, offering extensive customer services and most importantly, its list of satisfied customers. When accepting new projects, Soft Breeze will assure available resources are provided to accomplish the task.
